Welcome to the Services provided by SDSS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SDSS.
By registering, logging in, subscribing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Article 1 — Service Description
R&D Workbench provides IDE-style AI capabilities including dialogue, code assistance, research, writing, and related productivity features.
SDSS Agri provides mobile agricultural intelligence including field diagnosis, agri Q&A, and data authorization management.
AI-generated content is assistive in nature and does not constitute medical, legal, investment, audit, or other professional advice.
Article 2 — Eligibility & Accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Organization accounts are managed by authorized administrators.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Article 3 — Subscriptions & Fees
Subscription tiers, usage quotas, and feature entitlements are displayed in-product. Enterprise or institute plans are subject to separate commercial agreements.
Fees, billing cycles, and refund rules follow the pricing page and order confirmation at the time of purchase. We may adjust commercial terms with reasonable notice.
Article 4 — Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt the Services or related infrastructure.
- Do not use outputs for illegal activities, infringement of third-party rights, or academic misconduct including ghostwriting or data fabrication.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or privacy-violating content.
- Comply with organizational policies when using institute or team accounts.
Article 5 — Intellectual Property
We retain rights in the platform, software, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in content you lawfully input, subject to the license grant necessary to operate the Services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for ensuring your inputs and use of outputs do not infringe third-party IP.
Article 6 — Disclaimer & Limitation
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability as set forth in the Disclaimer.
Article 7 — Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time; certain provisions survive termination.
Article 8 — Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent court at our domicile.
